About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own HealthTech startups. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. EWOR provides either a salary through direct employment or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on product-market fit and sales or marketing development, and intensive coaching to prepare for raising funding. Fellows also follow a customized personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as HealthTech.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customized personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR's network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
