About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in logistics. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for its development and aiming to scale it to €100M+ in revenue. You will follow a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. The programme includes coaching and support with hiring, product-market fit, fundraising, and building a sales force or marketing engine.

The organisation offers either a salary while you build your startup as a directly employed team member or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Support also includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, assistance hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and coaching to prepare the startup to raise multi-million-euro funding. EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch, according to the posting.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
