About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own fintech startups. Successful candidates will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The programme includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a community of founders and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and support with product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. Candidates may receive a salary while building their startup or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. The programme also includes a customised personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management, plus intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
