About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as fintech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The position includes employment and a salary while building the startup, or alternatively the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. The founder will participate in a customised development programme created by unicorn founders, including weekly one-to-one sparring and coaching. EWOR supports fellows with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product iteration toward product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows also gain access to a community of founders, peers, and investors.

Requirements

Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
Have excellent English communication skills.
