About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups, including SaaS businesses. The selected candidate will own, build, and run their startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The opportunity offers employment and a salary while building the startup, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The founder will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, support hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and assistance with product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. The role also includes an extensive, customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
