About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups, including in SaaS. The co-founder will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The founder receives weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing development, fundraising, and a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. Intensive coaching is provided to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup, potentially in SaaS.
• Undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
