About The Position

The Spa Supervisor supports the daily operations of the spa at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, helping deliver memorable guest experiences and ensuring seamless service. The role assists in overseeing spa operations, stepping in for the Spa Manager/Director or spa team members as needed, and maintaining compliance with health and cleanliness standards. The supervisor also supports marketing, merchandising, programming, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control, while supervising, coaching, and developing spa team members in a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations and step in for the Spa Manager/Director or spa team members as needed.
• Ensure seamless service and compliance with health and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with marketing, merchandising, and spa programming initiatives to contribute to revenue growth.
• Help manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control to support operational efficiency and cost management.
• Supervise and support spa team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
