About The Position
The Restaurant Host/Hostess at Shadow Rock Tap + Table at Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock welcomes and escorts guests in the dining outlet, helping create memorable experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes managing guest seating and dining-room flow, responding to inquiries and requests, and supporting restaurant opening, closing, and service-preparation tasks. Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and accountability, with urgency and discipline in carrying out the work.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and quickly determine their needs.
- Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth dining experience.
- Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Perform opening and closing tasks.
- Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
