About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and delivering warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, maintaining the housekeeping supply cart, responding courteously to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and completing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
