About The Position

The Room Attendant cleans and maintains guest rooms at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort, helping deliver memorable guest experiences through cleanliness and attentive service. The role includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and carrying out deep-cleaning tasks as needed. The attendant replenishes linens and guest amenities, maintains and transports the housekeeping supply cart, responds courteously and promptly to guest requests, and disposes of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
