About The Position

The Food Server at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. The role includes engaging with guests in a friendly, proactive manner; learning menu items, promotions, and specials; taking and entering orders into a point-of-sale system; delivering orders promptly; maintaining a stocked, clean, and organized service station; and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
