About The Position

As a Houseperson at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, you help create memorable guest experiences by keeping designated hotel areas clean and well maintained. You greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, support room cleaning as needed, organize housekeeping supplies, complete periodic deep-cleaning projects, and report maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
