Spa Sales Associate
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Danville is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Sales Associates. The role offers base pay of up to $20 per hour plus commission of up to $30 per membership sold, with uncapped commission potential. Spa Sales Associates are the first and last impression for guests and help drive membership growth, client retention, and an exceptional customer experience. No spa experience is required; paid hands-on training covers the spa’s services, membership program, and sales process. The position offers opportunities to advance to Lead Spa Associate and management roles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work at least 2–3 days per week, including some evenings and weekends, with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working toward performance goals and sales targets.
- Enjoys sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and retail sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.
- Educate clients on services, promotions, memberships, and wellness programs.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily bookings.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
- Support team success with a positive, energetic attitude.
