About The Position

Spa Associates serve as hosts of the spa and help create exceptional, memorable experiences for every client. They connect with clients, co-workers, and the community while supporting the spa’s mission of making each visit a highlight of the client’s month. The role includes membership sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, communication about services and promotions, and maintaining spa cleanliness. The employer offers sales training and opportunities to progress into lead spa associate and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
