About The Position

Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Sales Specialist to help advance its purpose of elevating the lives of the people it touches. The role focuses on sales and guest service at a massage and skincare Retreat, supporting guests’ wellness goals by promoting massage therapy and skin therapy services and products. The position offers 6–8-hour shifts, with full- and part-time positions available. Days and evening shifts are available, and one weekend shift is required.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A positive, energetic demeanor and the ability to learn quickly.
Strong critical-thinking skills, especially when resolving customer conflicts.
Passion for interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
Provide exceptional service by listening to, communicating with, and responding to guests’ needs.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette, using an upbeat tone and clear articulation.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
