About The Position
Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Sales Specialist to help elevate the lives of members and guests by supporting a balanced lifestyle. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, providing attentive guest service, and educating guests about massage therapy, skin therapy, services, and products. The position offers full- and part-time options, with 6–8-hour shifts, days and evening shifts available, and one required weekend shift.
Requirements
- Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A positive, energetic demeanor and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong critical-thinking skills, particularly in resolving customer conflicts.
- A passion for interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
- Listen and respond to guests’ needs while providing exceptional service.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
- Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
- Use excellent phone etiquette, an upbeat tone, and clear articulation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
