About The Position
Elements Massage is a wellness studio dedicated to bettering the lives of everyone it touches. The Retail Sales Associate/Spa Sales Consultant leads sales and customer service for clients and members, combining a passion for sales with a focus on creating an exceptional client experience. Team members earn commission for wellness plan sales and may earn additional bonuses. This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity. The role serves as a key point of hospitality for clients and supports the studio’s wellness program through education and enrollment.
Requirements
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.
- A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail sales experience, particularly selling memberships or services.
- Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment.
Responsibilities
- Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
- Enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program by following the established sales process.
- Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, by phone and in person.
- Process client paperwork and payments accurately.
- Work with managers and massage therapists to keep the client at the center of the experience.
