About The Position

We are seeking Consultants interested in a rewarding medical spa career. The company offers a minimalistic, personalized approach to aesthetics and aims to make lavish, affordable experiences accessible to anyone seeking them. Consultants conduct client consultations, provide information about aesthetic treatments and products, support treatment planning and scheduling, and use consultative selling to achieve sales targets. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, with bonus eligibility.

Requirements

• Must be available full-time with open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confidently and competently consult with clients and complete comprehensive treatment plans.
