Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate
About The Position
Spa Associates host the spa and help create five-star experiences for clients. They connect with clients, coworkers, and the community to make each service memorable and exceptional. The role includes membership sales, guest service, sharing information about services and promotions, maintaining spa cleanliness, and performing administrative tasks. The employer describes a supportive environment with flexible shift options, sales training, and opportunities to progress to lead spa associate and management roles. The position is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, which is a separate employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp. Compensation is $14.00–$18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
