About The Position
Spa Associates serve as hosts of the spa and help create memorable, exceptional five-star experiences for clients. The role combines membership sales and guest service with appointment scheduling and general spa support. Associates communicate service options, sales, and promotions; maintain knowledge of the service menu; and help uphold spa cleanliness standards. The employer describes flexible shift options, sales training, and potential growth into lead spa associate or management roles. This position is with an independently owned and operated Hand & Stone franchisee.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- File documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
