Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring a Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate, also referred to as a Spa Associate. Spa Associates host the spa and help create five-star experiences for clients by connecting with clients, co-workers, and the community. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting membership sales, and helping make every service memorable. The position offers a variety of shifts intended to accommodate employees’ schedules, a supportive work environment, sales training webinars, and opportunities to advance to lead spa associate and management roles. Associates are expected to maintain knowledge of the spa’s services, communicate promotions and service options, maintain cleanliness standards, and support daily administrative and appointment-scheduling tasks.
Requirements
- Documented customer-facing or customer-service experience, including at least one year with a single employer.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
