Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate
About The Position
Spa Associates serve as hosts of the spa and help create exceptional experiences for every client. They connect with clients, coworkers, and the community, supporting the spa’s goal of making each visit memorable. The role includes membership sales, guest service, communicating services and promotions, maintaining cleanliness, and handling administrative tasks. The employer describes a supportive environment with flexible shifts, sales training, and opportunities to advance to lead spa associate or management roles. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. The position is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, which is a separate employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
