About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking Spa Associates to help make each client visit an exceptional experience. As hosts of the spa, Spa Associates connect with clients, co-workers, and the community while providing welcoming, memorable service. The role includes membership sales, knowledge of spa services, client communication, appointment scheduling, and maintaining spa cleanliness. The position offers a supportive environment, a membership-based sales model, flexible shift options, and training through live sales webinars. Associates may have opportunities to advance into lead spa associate and management roles.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
