About The Position
Spa Associates serve as hosts of the spa and help create exceptional experiences for clients and guests. The role combines membership sales and customer service with day-to-day spa reception and administrative tasks. Associates connect with clients, coworkers, and the community; communicate services and promotions; and help ensure each visit is memorable. Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
