About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas seeks a Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate to host clients and help create memorable, five-star spa experiences. The role focuses on connecting with clients, coworkers, and the community while supporting the spa’s goal of making each visit exceptional. Associates contribute to the spa’s membership sales model, explain services and promotions, and help maintain a welcoming, clean environment. The position offers a variety of shifts, sales training webinars, and potential growth into lead spa associate or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
