Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals and earn commissions in addition to your base pay
Build lasting relationships with members and guests through exceptional customer service
Educate clients on memberships, services, enhancements, and promotions
Develop a strong knowledge of our menu of services and wellness offerings
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests throughout their spa experience
Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
Support daily operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Perform additional duties as assigned
