About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking a Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate to host clients and help create exceptional, five-star spa experiences. The role focuses on connecting with clients, coworkers, and the community while helping make each visit memorable. Associates support the spa’s membership model and sales goals, provide customer service, and help with daily spa operations. The company offers a variety of shifts, sales training webinars, and opportunities to advance to lead spa associate or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting connections.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
