Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring a Spa Associate to help make each client visit an exceptional experience. As a host of the spa, the associate connects with clients, coworkers, and the community while supporting memorable service and the company’s mission of making every visit a highlight of the client’s month. The role combines membership sales and guest service in a supportive spa environment. Associates receive sales training and may have opportunities to advance to lead spa associate or management roles. A variety of shifts are offered to help accommodate employees’ schedules.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
