About The Position
Spa Associates serve as hosts of the spa and help create exceptional experiences for clients. They connect with clients, co-workers, and the community while supporting the spa’s goal of making each visit memorable. The role includes membership sales, client service, appointment scheduling, and general spa support. The employer offers varied shifts, sales training, and potential growth into lead spa associate or management roles. This position is with an independently owned and operated Hand & Stone franchisee.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
