About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a customer service-oriented Spa Associate for its Pittsburgh-East Liberty location. The role builds and maintains client relationships by providing exceptional service and supporting the team. The spa provides training on its services and offers full-time or part-time scheduling options, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement, including potential management roles based on performance. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions, with contests and ongoing training.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Critical-thinking skills, including conflict resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work as a team player and independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail or membership sales experience, such as gym, tanning, or salon sales.
Prior spa experience, including experience at Massage Envy, Elements, or Massage Heights.
General beauty and wellness industry knowledge.
Experience with Zenoti software.
