About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking, driven Spa Receptionist who is passionate about service excellence. The role focuses on creating a welcoming and memorable spa experience, building authentic connections with guests, and delivering professional, solution-oriented hospitality. The receptionist supports spa operations through accurate scheduling and use of the spa booking system, maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assists Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed. This is a regular full-time position.

Requirements

At least 1 year of service industry experience and spa coordination experience.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Ensure attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and use of the spa booking system to support sales potential and guest and employee satisfaction.
Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed.
