About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an experienced customer service-oriented individual to join our Spa Associate team at our Cranberry location. This person will build and maintain client relationships by offering exceptional service and supporting the team to ensure a successful day. We offer various shifts to work with your lifestyle with the necessity of a friendly and stable work environment. We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers. Requirements

Capable of working flexible hours (evenings and weekends required)
Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Prior retail or membership sales experience (Gym, Tanning, or Salon)
Prior Spa experience such as Massage Envy, Elements or Massage Heights
General beauty and wellness industry knowledge
Experience with Zenoti software a plus
