About The Position

This role requires effective management of staff, inventory, and financial aspects of the spa while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the spa or wellness industry is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
  • Experience in training & development, employee orientation, and performance evaluation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities with a focus on team management and motivation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in merchandising and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and employee orientation for new hires.
  • Handle recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
  • Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly.
