About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Spa Manager for its Huntington location, a spa with 11 treatment rooms offering massage, facial, and waxing services. The Spa Manager directs and organizes overall spa operations to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and satisfaction. The role focuses on sales targets, effective marketing, daily operations, and creating a memorable guest experience in a relaxing, comfortable environment. The manager collaborates with and develops a diverse staff, helping the team operate efficiently through coordination, communication, and cooperation. Spa experience is a plus but is not required; training will be provided.
