About The Position

The Spa Front Desk & Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for spa guests at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, providing professional, friendly service in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role involves greeting guests by phone, helping them select and book spa treatments, and introducing guests to the facility and its wellness journey. The agent also processes transactions and adjustments in Book4Time, communicates reservation updates to back-of-house leadership, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming workplace.

Requirements

• Experience working in the spa or salon industry.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Adherence to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Book4Time experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Greet guests over the phone in a warm, genuine manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Host guests through the facility, familiarize them with the surroundings, and explain the wellness journey.
• Guide guests toward services that meet their needs when making reservations; offer multiple treatment bookings and upsells.
• Communicate changes, cancellations, and additions to the back-of-house leadership team.
• Promote a safe working environment by following hotel health and safety standards.
• Process daily transactions and adjustments in Book4Time.
• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities, including daily checklists.
