About The Position

The Spa Front Desk & Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess’s Well & Being Spa, providing professional, friendly service in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role supports guests throughout their spa experience, from welcoming them and explaining the facility and wellness journey to helping them select and book treatments. The position also handles reservation updates, daily transactions in Book4Time, and assigned duties and checklists while following hotel health and safety standards and grooming guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience working in the spa or salon industry.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Book4Time experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Greet guests over the phone in a warm, genuine manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Host guests through the facility, familiarize them with the surroundings, and explain the wellness journey.
• Guide guests toward their needs when making reservations, including offering multiple treatment bookings and upsells.
• Communicate changes, cancellations, and additions to the back-of-house leadership team.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards.
• Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily.
• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities, including daily checklists.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines.
