Spa Front Desk Agent
About The Position
Crystal Springs Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents to join its spa team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Spa Front Desk Agent helps create a welcoming and memorable spa experience while supporting daily front desk operations. The role involves assisting guests with spa services and products, managing appointments and payments, and coordinating with spa staff in a luxury resort environment. Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 and available to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the spa according to established standard operating procedures.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with questions about spa services, treatments, memberships, and retail products.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments accurately using the spa reservation system.
- Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift cards.
- Promote and sell spa retail products, packages, memberships, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of guest service and professionalism.
