About The Position

The Spa Front Desk Host creates a world-class guest experience by connecting with guests, sharing product recommendations, anticipating customer needs, and resolving questions. The role provides customer service in person, over the phone, and online; supports product sales and shop operations; and helps ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out. Hosts work collaboratively with Heyday staff and help train and coach new Host team members.

Requirements

Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Confidence recommending memberships, packages, and products.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
Superior organizational skills.
Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
Educate clients about current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with product restocking, and support product sales and returns.
Assist with daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general shop maintenance.
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
Support Skin Therapists to ensure successful check-in and check-out processes.
Work cohesively with Heyday staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
Assist with training and coaching new Host team members.
Maintain Heyday’s distinct aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
