About The Position

Heyday is seeking a passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hardworking Spa Front Desk Host with an interest in skincare and enthusiasm for the brand. The role provides high-level customer service and hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online, while supporting the shop’s daily operations and helping create a positive client experience. The Host works closely with Skin Therapists and other Heyday staff, contributes to the shop’s appearance and culture, and may help train and coach new Host team members.

• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients about current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with product restocking, and support product sales and returns.
• Assist with daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support Skin Therapists to ensure successful client check-in and check-out.
• Work collaboratively with Heyday staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new Host team members.
• Clean treatment rooms, the front desk, lobby, retail shelves, office, break rooms, and hallways.
• Collect, wash, dry, and fold shop laundry.
• Unpack deliveries and take out garbage and recycling.
• Check in at the start of each shift to review changes, announcements, and areas of focus.
• Maintain the Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
