About The Position

The Spa Front Desk Host is responsible for creating a world-class guest experience at Heyday shops. The role involves connecting with guests, sharing product recommendations, anticipating customer needs, and resolving questions. Hosts provide customer service in person, over the phone, and online; support the Skin Therapists with check-in and check-out; and contribute to daily shop operations and a welcoming, cohesive team environment.

Requirements

Confidence recommending memberships, packages, and products.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
Educate clients about current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
Demonstrate product knowledge, help restock products, and assist clients with product sales and returns.
Assist with daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general shop maintenance.
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
Support Skin Therapists to ensure successful check-in and check-out processes.
Work cohesively with Heyday staff to support efficiency and camaraderie.
Assist with training and coaching new hires on the Host team.
Maintain the distinct Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
