About The Position

The Spa Front Desk Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests at Bayside Spa & Fitness. The role provides professional reception services, coordinates appointments, and supports retail operations, including occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and guest engagement.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities according to established procedures.
• Greet guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments accurately.
• Promote and recommend services, packages, and retail items through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide information about spa treatments, fitness classes, retail offerings, and facility amenities.
• Maintain awareness of service contraindications and product knowledge.
• Conduct facility tours and assist guests with general inquiries.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.
