About The Position

The Spa Experience Coordinator provides personalized, timely, and efficient service to spa guests at Fairmont Kea Lani. The role greets guests, assists them throughout their spa visit, supports reception operations, and helps ensure the spa remains clean, sanitary, well-stocked, and welcoming. The position also provides information about spa services and products, schedules treatments, processes payments, and completes clerical and operational tasks as needed. The role is casual and requires varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet hotel business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational training.
• TB clearance.
• Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; work visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from an accredited school of aesthetics.
• Experience in the hospitality or spa industry.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient guest service while maintaining an atmosphere of aloha.
• Greet guests and escort them to appointments and around the spa; provide tours as required.
• Assist guests with lounge facilities, including experience showers and heated benches.
• Provide facility information and literature in person, by phone, and by email, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person when needed.
• Collect payment for services and products.
• Schedule treatments using spa software and other computer applications.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, creating sales kits, conducting site inspections, and addressing office needs.
• Ensure smooth reception operations and report equipment deficiencies.
• Assist with the operation of all spa areas as required.
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition; check and clean lockers, locker rooms, and lounges, keeping them tidy and stocked.
• Maintain linen inventory and transport linen to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
• Organize time to complete side work according to shift demands.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, products, and methods, and explain them to guests in an informative and helpful way.
