About The Position

The Spa Experience Coordinator checks guests in and out of the Spa while maintaining a professional, friendly, and calm atmosphere. The role helps guests with their needs in the fitness room, locker room, and relaxation area; provides information about Spa and Resort retail products and services; and maintains an effective cash bank. The coordinator is also responsible for punctual attendance, following the dress code, cooperating with other departments, completing special tasks requested by Spa leadership, and maintaining the facility’s cleanliness and neatness.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to customers and employees.
• Check guests in and out using Spa software.
• Assist guests with needs related to the fitness room, locker room, and relaxation area.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Maintain a cash bank effectively.
• Attend work on time and follow the dress code.
• Work cooperatively with other departments.
• Perform special tasks as requested by the Director of the Spa, Manager, or supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility daily.
