About The Position

We are seeking serious, experienced applicants for a long-term employment opportunity as a Spa Desk Concierge/Reservationist. This role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, maintaining the spa's appearance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Computer savvy
  • Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays
  • Friendly, polished and positive personality
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • LQA, Forbes knowledge
  • Luxury spa or hotel experience
  • Luxury retail experience
  • Previous knowledge of Book4time and Opera software platforms

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
  • Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4time scheduling system
  • Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable
  • Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email
  • Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
  • Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
  • Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database
