About The Position

Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Spa Concierge to serve as the face of Ranch Creek Spa and help create exceptional guest experiences. The role is suited to someone who is friendly, organized, service-driven, and interested in wellness and hospitality. The Spa Concierge welcomes and orients guests, schedules appointments, maintains inviting spa spaces, assists with refreshments and boutique purchases, and supports smooth daily operations. Training is provided on spa-specific systems, treatments, promotions, and product knowledge.

Requirements

Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create a positive experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn spa-specific systems and product knowledge.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds or more.
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality or spa experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, orient them to spa facilities, and guide them through their visit.
Schedule spa appointments by phone, email, and in person accurately and efficiently.
Maintain clean, organized, tranquil locker rooms, lounge areas, and boutique displays.
Assist guests with food and beverage orders from the spa menu and serve refreshments.
Recommend and assist with spa boutique products, restock products, and support inventory management.
Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, and seasonal offerings; training is provided.
Complete daily opening and closing duties, secure supplies, and prepare the spa for the next day.
Communicate with spa therapists, team members, and other departments to support smooth operations.
