About The Position

The Spa Concierge at Himmel Spa curates seamless, personalized wellness experiences for Owners and Guests in a luxury alpine setting. The role delivers professional, attentive service and supports an effortless, memorable visit through detailed booking assistance and behind-the-scenes preparation. It also supports daily spa operations, maintains the presentation and cleanliness of spa facilities, and helps guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit.

Requirements

• A flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts up to 8:00 PM.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Reliability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A guest-focused mindset and the ability to remain professional, composed, and gracious at all times.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA; work visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

• Previous spa and/or luxury hospitality experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and guide Owners and Guests in selecting and booking services.
• Support daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Recommend and sell premium spa products and curate the retail experience.
• Assist Guests with spa amenities and ensure their comfort and relaxation throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across spa facilities and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
