About The Position
Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Spa Concierge to serve as the face of Ranch Creek Spa and help create exceptional guest experiences. The role is suited to someone who is friendly, organized, service-driven, and interested in wellness and hospitality. The concierge welcomes and guides guests, helps make spa visits seamless, and maintains inviting, orderly spaces. Training is provided on spa systems, treatments, products, promotions, and seasonal offerings. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, orient them to spa facilities, and guide them through their visit.
- Schedule spa appointments by phone, email, and in person accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and tranquil locker rooms, lounge areas, and boutique displays.
- Assist guests with food and beverage orders from the spa menu and serve refreshments.
- Recommend products and assist guests in the spa boutique; restock products and support inventory management.
- Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties, secure supplies, and prepare the spa for the next day.
- Communicate with spa therapists, team members, and other departments to support smooth operations.
