About The Position

The Spa Concierge supports the guest experience at the hotel spa by welcoming guests, introducing them to the facilities and available programs, and helping ensure their visit is enjoyable and relaxing. The role involves providing courteous and efficient service, assisting with guest needs and requests, and working closely with other team members. The concierge also helps maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked spa and fitness area.

Requirements

• Have an engaging and welcoming personality.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to frequently bend, push or pull, and lift or carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Have a flexible schedule that allows working weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the spa.
• Provide clients with tours and information about the facility and its features.
• Assist clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
• Help guests book treatments by phone or in person and record transactions in the appropriate area.
• Report accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, and provide direction or instruction when appropriate.
