About The Position

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a part-time Spa Concierge for its spa guest services team in Avon, Colorado. The role combines spa front desk operations, guest services, appointment scheduling, retail sales, and facility upkeep. The concierge welcomes guests, helps them learn about spa treatments and amenities, handles reservations and payments, and supports retail sales while maintaining welcoming guest spaces. The position works year-round and includes weekends, some holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs. The start date is ASAP, and the pay rate is $22 per hour.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to use POS systems; experience is sought.
Experience with reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills.
Organized, able to problem-solve independently, and able to remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome spa guests and answer questions about spa treatments and amenities.
Assist with appointment reservations and scheduling.
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spa spaces, including the boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas.
Complete opening and closing duties to prepare the spa for daily operations.
Process spa service payments and retail purchases accurately using the POS system.
Assist guests with spa boutique purchases, product information, and recommendations.
Restock and merchandise retail products while supporting spa retail sales goals.
Respond to guest needs and service concerns, communicating issues to appropriate team members.
Provide front desk coverage at the Fitness Desk and assist with other spa operations as needed.
Work weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.
