About The Position
The Spa Concierge is the primary point of contact for all spa treatments and retail goods, ensuring efficient spa operations through effective scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments. This role involves checking guests in and out, providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, handling all spa phone calls, scheduling appointments for multiple therapists, and assisting with retail inventory management.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 for alcohol sales and service
- English - spoken and written proficiency
- 1+ yrs. experience in related field (spa, hospitality, salon, retail)
- Proficiency with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Maintain a sense of order and efficiency for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages.
- Check in/out guests.
- Provide guest service.

- Schedule spa appointments for multiple therapists.
- Assist with retail inventory.
